Refund Policy
Updated October 1, 2026This document applies to virnah.com.
1.
Scope
- This policy applies to paid Virnah subscriptions purchased through Virnah's checkout.
- It should be read together with the Terms of Service and any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
2.
Canceling a subscription
- You may cancel an active subscription through the billing portal.
- Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless otherwise required by law, access continues through the paid billing period and cancellation does not automatically refund that period.
3.
Unused purchases
- A purchase may be eligible for a refund when no paid-plan message or other paid feature has been used after the purchase.
- Submit the request through Report a Problem in the account menu and choose Billing.
- Eligibility may require confirming the account, charge, purchase date, and absence of paid usage.
4.
Used subscriptions
- Once a paid-plan message or other paid feature has been used, the payment is generally non-refundable.
- Not using the remainder of a billing period does not create a prorated refund.
- This rule does not limit refunds or remedies required by applicable law.
5.
Billing problems
- Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, incorrect amounts, and material failures to provide purchased access will be reviewed separately.
- Report the problem promptly through Report a Problem and choose Billing.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by Stripe and the customer's financial institution.
6.
Policy changes
- This policy may be updated as Virnah's plans and billing systems change.
- The version that applied when a purchase was made will be considered together with applicable law.
Virnah is currently in beta and under active development. Features, limits, and documentation may change during testing.
