Use of Service

Virnah provides an AI assistant service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Virnah. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to use Virnah for illegal activities, to harm others, or to attempt to bypass any security measures.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI Responses

Virnah uses AI to generate responses. AI responses may not always be accurate. Do not rely on Virnah for medical, legal, or financial decisions without consulting a qualified professional. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Virnah. We retain ownership of the Virnah platform, brand, and technology.

Limitation of Liability

Virnah is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
