Terms of Service

This document applies to virnah.com.

1.

Acceptance

  • By accessing or using Virnah, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
  • You also acknowledge the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
  • If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
2.

Independent operation

  • Virnah is independently built and maintained by one person and remains under active development.
  • Features, limits, availability, and documentation may change as the service improves.
  • Reports are reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible, but immediate responses or fixes cannot be guaranteed.
3.

Using the service

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Virnah.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for how you use information produced by the service.
  • Use Virnah only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
4.

Acceptable use and security

  • Do not use Virnah to harm others, violate rights, distribute malicious material, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass limits or safeguards, scrape private information, or conduct unlawful activity.
  • Do not exploit or publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability in a way that creates harm or increases risk to users or the service.
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities, abuse, billing issues, and serious product problems privately through Report a Problem in the account menu.
  • We may limit, suspend, or close access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, secure the service, or enforce these terms.
5.

Account

  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Provide accurate account information and update it when needed.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service.
  • When an account is restricted, you will see a notice in the app that explains what changed. You can still view your conversations, and you can send an appeal from the account status page.
  • Account data is retained when an account is restricted or closed, so that decisions can be reviewed and reversed.
  • Creating a new account to avoid a restriction or suspension is not allowed. Such an account may be restricted as well.
  • If your account is restricted, you can send an appeal from the account status page. Our moderation team reviews appeals as quickly as reasonably possible, but decisions are made at our discretion and a response time cannot be guaranteed.

AI responses

  • AI responses can be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or out of date.
  • Review and independently verify important information before relying on it or acting on it.
  • You remain responsible for decisions, actions, content, and outcomes arising from your use of Virnah.
  • Do not use Virnah as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
7.

Plans and payments

  • Virnah offers a Free plan and may offer paid plans as shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Plan limits and included features are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, and Virnah does not store complete payment card details.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8.

Content and ownership

  • You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
  • Virnah retains rights to its platform, brand, software, and technology.
  • Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.
9.

Service limits and liability

  • The service is provided as available during development and may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued.
  • Virnah does not guarantee that every response, feature, or part of the service will always be accurate, available, secure, or error-free.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Virnah is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
10.

Changes

  • We may update these terms as the product changes.
  • We will update the date on this page when we make changes.
  • Using the service after an update means you agree to the updated terms only to the extent permitted by law.

Virnah is currently in beta and under active development. Features, limits, and documentation may change during testing.
