Usage that reflects real work

Daily usage

  • Signed-in allowances now reflect the model work used by each successful request instead of treating every message as equal.
  • Failed responses and service retries no longer reduce a user's daily allowance.
  • Daily usage notices now appear at 50%, 75%, and 90%, with a clear local reset time when the allowance is reached.

Plans and controls

  • Free accounts now receive 60,000 measured usage tokens per day during beta.
  • Starter accounts now receive 180,000 measured usage tokens per day during beta.
  • Account administrators can set or clear a custom daily allowance for individual users.
